By accessing or using Startup Survival ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is operated by FYARDLEST.NET ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Accept all responsibility for activity under your account

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, data mine, or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing for paid subscriptions is available on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle
• If payment fails, we may suspend your access to premium features

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Upon cancellation, you will lose access to premium features but retain your account and game data

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund within this period, contact support@fyardlest.net. Refunds after 7 days are granted at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FYARDLEST.NET and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create while using the Service (e.g., your game data, username). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, display, and store your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., displaying your score on leaderboards).

5.3 Trademarks

"Startup Survival" and related logos are trademarks of FYARDLEST.NET. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to pay subscription fees
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@fyardlest.net.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, please first contact us at support@fyardlest.net to attempt informal resolution.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
